What is the definition of love?
This what I think it really is...

Love is dipping your foot in the water
Checking to see if it's the perfect temperature
Then diving in headfirst like nothing else matters.

Love is when a person born blind
Teaches people who care to stop and listen
About the time when he fell in love at first sight.

Love is the thought of probability
When it compounds with lost wishes
To achieve what seemed to be an impossibility.

Love is when you are proven wrong
And fate conspires to leave you thinking
About a person while grasping for a forgotten song.

Love is when you wrack your brain
Searching for an explanation for a feeling
That has you searching for truth in the rain.

Love is nothing
And at the same time it's everything
We just have to make sure we find it ourselves
Not rely on what others think it is
Or else we're confining ourselves to loving the same way everyone else does.
